Maternal Child Health Nurse Role

The South Gippsland region offers a unique blend of coastal and rural landscapes, providing an ideal setting for healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services to the community.

This role involves providing child-centred, family-focused support services to families with young children, promoting positive health outcomes and well-being.

As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you will work closely with local communities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.


About The Role

* Casual relieving positions available for Maternal & Child Health Universal Program
* Work opportunities at various sites across South Gippsland Shire

Successful applicants will have experience in Maternal and Child Health, hold an accredited postgraduate degree in Nursing, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency in CDIS Software is desirable, along with a current Victorian Driver's Licence and satisfactory Police Check. A Working With Children's Check is also required.
