Born in Sydney, Success Tutoring is one of the World's Fastest Growing education franchise networks. Providing personalised English and Math tutoring for students aged 5-17. Students attend an initial assessment, receive a custom program and attend weekly group sessions. Parents book sessions on the Success Tutoring app with no lock-in contracts With 100+ secured territories across Australia, we are looking for someone to take our expansion further
**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for an experienced sales professional, who is open to learning about our sales methods and processes to ensure we are selecting the right franchise partners for Success Tutoring. You will be guided by our founder and sales team in the sales process, strategy and plan moving forward.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Sales Process Management**: Manage the franchise sales process (we have a very detailed training program that we take you through) from initial inquiry to the final agreement signing. This includes having initial phone calls, video calls and face to face sessions with prospects.
**Relationship building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
**Hosting Events**:Hosting physical events for locals to explain the Success Tutoring franchise method which is taking the world by storm
**Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and franchise partner communications.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with the executive and marketing team (based in Sydney) to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

Base of 110k p.a + SUPER + 5k commission per franchise sold
We have huge benefits for working with Success including providing generous commissions and growth in your career. The initial step in this role is Franchise Sales Manager, however there will be further career opportunities in Franchise Growth Management and other areas of this global organisation.
