This is a shift-based role, so applicants must be available across day and afternoon shifts. About G. James G. The Role As a Process Worker, you’ll be working in the Aluminium Finishings Department, participating in a variety of production tasks. This includes anodising, surface finishing, packing, and preparing aluminium products for dispatch. You will also be involved in manual handling, sorting, stacking, and general handling of materials, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Full training is provided, with ongoing support to develop your skills and knowledge across the department. The Person Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately Exceptional organisational and time management skills Capable of working both independently and collaboratively Physically fit with strong manual handling skills Anodising experience preferred but not essential Own reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hours The Benefits 38-hour week with Monthly Paid RDO!
