THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity for a personable and motivated lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join their high-performing commercial team. You will provide general commercial advice to enterprises, business owners and professional advisors, with exposure to a broad array of business and matter types.
A core focus of this role is structuring advice to achieve your clients' goals, including for asset protection, business succession, corporate governance, or business growth. A sound knowledge of business structuring is required, and you will have direct access to senior lawyers and directors for supervision and mentoring.
Experience & Capabilities
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial law
Dedication to high client service delivery
Ability to autonomously manage client relationships and files through to conclusion
A willingness to learn and stretch yourself
