Aston Hills Golf Club – Clubhouse Operations Manager

Aston Hills Golf Club is seeking an organized, energetic, and commercially minded Clubhouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our clubhouse, bar, and events. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving revenue growth and strengthening the club's position in the local and tourism markets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

* Overseeing all clubhouse and bar operations to the highest standard
* Liaising closely with the Chef on food menus and presentation
* Taking full autonomy over the drinks menu, including selection, pricing, and promotion
* Leading, mentoring, and developing frontline staff
* Maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and venue presentation
* Managing stock control, ordering, POS systems, and all compliance requirements
* Hosting and coordinating corporate events, golf days, and private functions
* Actively growing business relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, and tourism bodies to increase venue hire, event bookings, and overall revenue
* Working collaboratively with management to improve systems, processes, and communication
* Budgeting, rostering, operational planning, and performance reporting, working with the General Manager to achieve KPI's
About You

You will have:

* Proven experience in hospitality or venue operations, ideally in a supervisory or management role within a clubhouse, golf club, or similar hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage members, guests, corporate clients, and external partners
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to high standards and commercial results
* RSA certification (mandatory) and tertiary education highly regarded.
