We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to guide our customers in getting the most out of their enterprise risk management system.

This role will suit those who have worked with complex system integration in a SaaS environment, preferably from a risk or cyber background. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer experiences, with experience in account management and/or sales. They should also have a genuine interest in GRC and understand risk and compliance, business continuity, crisis management, and cyber security.

They should be great with systems and have previous experience in SaaS environments, ideally with an understanding of complex integration. Problem-solving is a key skill, and the ability to think outside the box is essential.
