**About the opportunity**
We are seeking a Technical Sales Assistant to join a collaborative team based in our North Lakes office to support the continued growth of the company. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, this role requires someone who has an intermediate level of understanding in mechanical HVAC products and will be able to build relationships with Account Holder Customer/s across various project markets.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Assist with the management of technical sales.
- Maintain project registry quotations.
- Support technical queries and sales presentations.
- Provide piping and wiring schematics, technical submission for technical products and Control Systems.
- Create and maintain financial and statistical reports using spread sheets.
- Support the Technical Sales Manager (visit consultants and mechanical contractors as required).
- Update relevant information held in Navision for all account holders.
- Attend and present at customer meetings, internal meetings, company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Ensure technical information and software are current and available.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Engineering Degree or refrigeration trade certificate
- Relevant work experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrable computer skills.
- A desire to build a corporate career.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
