The Role
Reporting to the National Production & Quality Assurance Manager, the Customer Service Representative will:
* Be the first point of contact for Ecoblue customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Ensure a great customer experience through prompt, professional, and solutions-focused service.
* Support and interface daily with the Sales Team, helping triage and manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and any issues.
* Process customer orders and dispatches, manage communication on order status and ETAs, and handle returns and exchanges.
* Generate reports and maintain accurate data in systems such as ECOTrack, Exo, and MYOB.
* Proactively suggest improvements to processes and services.
The Requirements Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years in a Customer Sales, Sales Support, Customer Support, or Call Centre role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems, MYOB, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Patience, empathy, resilience, and excellent conflict resolution abilities.
* Professional presentation and excellent work etiquette.
* Adaptable and flexible with a can-do, hands-on approach.
* Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
Working Conditions:
* 8 hour rotating shifts between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday - Example: 6am to 2pm / 7am to 3pm / 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm
* Willingness to work extended hours or weekends if required (on-call potential)
