Salary: AHP1/AHP2 - $71,217 - $106,330 p.a. (pro-rata) + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
Full-time Ongoing, Temporary & Part-time positions available (hours to be negotiated)
Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a AHP-1 or AHP-2, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

Who Are We Looking For?
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
* Experience working with older adults, including in community or aged care settings, with a focus on promoting wellness.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A proactive approach to learning, quality improvement, and delivering culturally safe, person-centred care.
How You Will Contribute
* Applying your clinical expertise to design and deliver effective interventions aligned with clinical protocols and standards.
* Supporting clients to achieve restorative goals through collaborative, outcome-focused care planning.
* Contributing to team objectives by providing supervision, mentorship, and sharing best practices.
* Participating actively in quality improvement, service development, and community engagement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
