We're on the hunt for a Foreman who can lead a team of techs and keep things running smoothly. You'll be right in the thick of it, hands-on in the workshop, out in the field, and yes, a little admin to keep everything ticking along.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians
* Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality
* Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue
* Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
* Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools
* Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation
Who We're Looking For
* Trade Qualified - Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
* Proven Leadership - Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team
* Experienced - Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise
* Resilient & Organised - Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
* Customer Focused - Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
