We're now looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager who wants to step into a genuinely meaningful role. Someone who can lead with warmth and confidence, think strategically, write beautifully, and bring a sense of calm to fast-moving situations.
This is not a box-ticking PR role. It's hands-on. It's collaborative. It's for someone who loves the craft and wants to grow with an agency that invests in good people.
What you'll be doing
Leading clients with confidence
You'll be the trusted day-to-day lead across several accounts, guiding clients, spotting opportunities, managing issues quickly, and helping them tell their story properly.
Delivering standout PR campaigns
From strategy to execution, you'll help drive campaigns we're genuinely proud of. Think media moments, high-profile announcements, creative ideas, stakeholder work, influencer engagement and more.
Building real media relationships
Not mass pitching. Not spray and pray. You'll work with journalists respectfully and strategically, securing high-quality coverage that matters.
Writing and communication
You'll craft clear, compelling communications across press releases, media notes, messaging, pitches, social content, and client materials.
Team leadership and mentoring
You'll support and guide junior team members. You don't need to be a "manager" by title already, just someone who leads with kindness, structure, and high standards.
Contributing to new business
You'll help prepare proposals, jump into brainstorms, and bring fresh thinking to opportunities as they arise.
What we're looking for
Someone with strong agency experience in PR or communications
Confident client leadership and great judgement
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
