Programmed Skilled Workforce – Gladstone QLD
Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for skilled Carpenters to join a small, tight-knit local crew based in Gladstone.
This is a hands-on role with a strong team culture, working mainly on residential and commercial carpentry projects with only minimal travel required.
Most work is in Gladstone, with some projects scheduled in Agnes for the remainder of the year.
This is a great chance to build long-term stability while working close to home in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
Location : Gladstone, QLD
Hours : 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri), overtime is also on offer.
Duration : Ongoing, long-term opportunity.
Scope of Works Includes
Residential carpentry and finishing works
Occasional small concreting tasks (formwork, steel fixing, pours, and finishes)
Reading and interpreting plans to deliver quality results
Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace
Trade-qualified Carpenter with residential/site-based experience
Competence in formwork and small concreting methods
Strong understanding of WHS and proactive safety practices
Construction White Card
Reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills
