About the role
The Right at Home team is looking for casual aged and disability support workers who hold a driver's licence, have access to a dependable vehicle and a passion for delivering client‐centred care. Shifts are available Monday to Friday 7 am – 6 pm, with opportunities for weekend work.
You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as:
* Transport
* Shopping
* Personal care
* Companionship
* Meal preparation
* Social and community access

Qualifications
* A genuine passion for providing high‐quality care to clients
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability
* Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
* Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Australian Federal Police Check
* NSW Working with Children's Check
* Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs
* Starting hourly rate is from $42.28 per hour + shift loadings + 12 % superannuation
* Ongoing support and supervision by a dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Registered Nurses and Care Partners
* Care Worker online training modules
