Great opportunity for an Assistant Ops Manager looking to step up

A highly regarded national client of ours currently requires the services of an experienced Operations Manager to manage the presentation and maintenance of 4 shopping centres based south of river.
You will have a keen eye for maintenance, a good understanding of policies and procedures and ensure a dedicated approach is taken towards safety so that disruptions to tenants are mínimal.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assuming responsibility for technical facilities management of the Shopping Centres
- Assisting with the creation of operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Looking after both reactive and preventative maintenance issues
- Monthly reporting
- Developing and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring compliance and OH&S
- Assisting with the implementation of sustainability projects
**To be successful you must have**:
- Trade or Engineering qualifications, or
- Shopping Centre Experience working as a Facilities/Operations Manager of a small centre or an Assistant Operations Manager in a larger centre
- Great contractor management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a large team or autonomously
