The Role MindSpot Clinic is seeking early career mental health professionals - counsellors and provisional psychologists. You will be working in a diverse team with research supported tools, flexible working environment (option of working from home), on job clinical support, professional development opportunities and generous salary packaging. This is an offer for part-time (minimum 4 days per week) positions, morning and evening shifts, and one Saturday every 6 weeks (with rostered day off). It is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2026. About the role Tertiary qualification in psychology or counselling. Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or membership with relevant professional association. early career experience providing mental health care services Some experience in CBT treatment Experience in risk assessments and interventions. Demonstrated sound verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport and empathise with patients. Knowledge and commitment to evidence-based and patient-centred clinical practice. Ability to prioritise and manage workloads within established routines, methods and procedures. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high quality patient care.
