This role provides ongoing support to various functions within Finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the Cashiers office.

The successful candidate will have high quality computer skills, particularly in accurate data entry, and strong interpersonal skills. They will be able to identify and solve problems constructively and maintain accurate records.

The key responsibilities include handling cash, preparation and reconciliation of daily bank deposits, maintenance of debtor files, daily batch processing, and point of contact for customer queries. This requires effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
