**About the role**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who is an emerging or aspiring leader to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Coordinator in promoting and maintaining quality service and performance standards in the centre.
Day-to-day, the Concierge is the first point of contact for customers in the service centre for transactions and information. They are responsible for directing specific requests through the appropriate channels, facilitating additional support for customers where required and act as a service specialist to assist in resolving any escalations or unresolved issues.
The Concierge also manages the queuing system to ensure smooth counter service and assists in leading, coaching and mentoring front of house Digital Service Representatives.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- A genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience as this role involves a high degree of face-to-face interaction
- Previous experience as part of a team working in a high-volume customer centric business or similar environment
- A keen interest to keep abreast of NSW government initiatives and maintain a high-level specialist knowledge relevant to Service NSW products, processes and operating practices and procedures
- Ability or potential to coach, train and mentor employees to achieve individual and organisational goals
- Innovation by contributing new ideas to support continuous improvement strategies.

**Remuneration**
SNSW Grade 5/6 package includes base salary range of ($81, 475 to $93, 111), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
**Availability / Rostering**
Service Centre operating hours vary between locations: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
This full-time role requires flexibility to work on a rotating roster across the operating hours of the centre, in accordance with business requirements.
This recruitment activity will also be used to create a talent pool for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
