Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This position provides the chance to play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services and supporting individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a community role in Albany, WA.

Main Tasks:

- Prescribe equipment and provide tailored recommendations to support client needs.
- Deliver ongoing therapy and wellness solutions for NDIS and other scheme participants.
- Support clients in achieving optimal mental and physical outcomes.
- Work in line with the training plan and position description provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective Occupational Therapy services.
- Complete Occupational Therapy-specific assessments, including home safety management for NDIS participants and aged care clients.
- Conduct functional assessments to help NDIS participants maximise capacity and social engagement.
- Provide assessment and treatment across diverse age groups, with a strong focus on neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace that encourages professional development and growth opportunities.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Membership at relevant professional body
- Goal orientated, professional and business focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
and trust
- Ability to meet targets and exceed client/patient
satisfaction
- Creating a safe and relaxed setting where clients feel
comfortable
