That's why we're excited to offer this Customer Support role, which internally we call a Broker Development Associate, to people who are ready to start their insurance journey, even if you have no prior experience in insurance or underwriting. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you'll be at the centre of our broker support team – fielding a high volume of calls, managing a busy queue, and helping brokers with their enquiries. You'll have the autonomy to work through your own tasks, but you'll never be on your own: our supportive team will be there to guide you, and we'll teach you everything you need to know about insurance and underwriting. Responsibilities

* Providing friendly, professional phone support to brokers and customers.
* Building strong relationships with brokers and partners, becoming a trusted point of contact.
* Learning and using Zurich's digital platforms to make processes simple and efficient for our customers.
* Managing your own queue of tasks, working independently with the support of your team.
* Collaborating with colleagues across different teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
* Sharing feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our products and services.

Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, recruitment, sales, or similar roles.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
* A positive, proactive attitude and the confidence to work independently in a high‐pace environment.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* A willingness to learn new systems and embrace digital technology.
* The drive to make a difference for customers and a genuine desire to grow your career.
