As an Asphalt Project Manager at Austek Roads ACT, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of complex asphalt construction projects. This full-time role is based out of Hume, ACT and will see you working closely with the wider project team to ensure the successful completion of each project within budget and on schedule.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
* Overseeing all aspects of project execution, including procurement, logistics and resource management
* Ensuring projects comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental regulations
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project delivery
* Collaborating with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project objectives
* Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
What we're looking for
* Experience (2+ years) in a similar project management role within the construction industry
* Demonstrated expertise in managing complex asphalt construction projects from inception to completion
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
