About the role:
Exciting newly created role to join the team as an Internal Sales Support Administrator. You will be working closely with the Internal Sales team and autonomously. Perfect for someone who loves variety and is looking to grow their career.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide general admin support, including data entry, order processing, and documentation.
* Deliver efficient customer service supporting the Sales team via phone and email.
* Assist with quotes, order follow-ups, and customer updates.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and support smooth office workflows.
* Coordinate with operations/warehouse to ensure on-time order delivery.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, admin, or sales support.
* Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and support multiple teams.
* Reliable, professional, and proactive in problem‑solving.
