We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at MacKillop Family Services. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of programs and services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise Counsellor and Aboriginal Outreach Support Worker positions
* Develop and implement strategies to support children and young people who display harmful sexual behaviours
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong working relationships
Requirements:
* Masters level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Aboriginal Studies, or a related field
* Experience in working with children and young people who have been impacted by trauma
* Cultural knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal values and practices
