The Opportunity Reporting to a senior finance leader, you'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, FX exposure, portfolio analytics, and month-end performance. You'll partner closely with Product, Collections and Origination teams, influencing decisions from pricing to credit risk and portfolio yield. This role offers: End-to-end ownership across budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Direct involvement in strategic decision-making across credit, pricing, and product Cross-regional exposure across multiple international markets A blend of commercial analysis and core finance responsibilities The chance to shape reporting automation and system improvements Variety and visibility in a small, agile team - no "staying in your lane" here Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgets across revenue, impairment, costs and originations Deliver insightful variance analysis and scenario modelling to senior stakeholders Treasury, Cash Flow & FX Manage short and long-term cashflow forecasting across multiple regions Monitor liquidity, funding requirements and covenant compliance Support FX exposure analysis and risk reporting Month-End & Performance Deliver commercial month-end insights and commentary Analyse product and regional profitability Prepare monthly accounts for external partners Assist in annual financial statements preparation Portfolio Analytics Oversee impairment modelling and bad debt provisioning Monitor delinquency and partner with Collections to improve outcomes Assess credit risk impact on margin and yield Product Yield & Commercial Analysis Analyse product yield and customer-level profitability Support pricing strategy and loan growth initiatives Conduct cost-per-loan and lifetime value analysis Systems & Process Improvement Drive automation and enhanced reporting through Sage Intacct Streamline dashboards, forecasting tools and cashflow models Provide support across broader finance and financial control as needed Dividends Manage dividend policy, documentation and payment Ensure tax efficiency, cashflow readiness, and covenant compliance About You CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar Experience in financial services - ideally consumer lending or personal credit Strong budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management capability Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Experience with Sage Intacct (preferred) or similar cloud-based ERP Commercially curious, analytical, and confident partnering with non-finance teams Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment with broad responsibility Why This Role?
