The Thomastown store is a small, welcoming showroom run by a supportive and experienced Store Manager. We're looking for the right person to join the team - someone genuine, grounded, and focused on creating great customer experiences.

About the Role
* Support customers through a thoughtful, consultative sales process
* Build trust with a mature, often local customer base
* Contribute to a small, respectful, all-female team
* Learn a unique product and sales model - full training provided
* Commission-based structure with monthly bonuses
* Part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time available
* Weekend availability essential (you won't work every weekend, but flexibility is key)
About You
* Warm, calm and trustworthy - not pushy, not sales-driven in the traditional sense
* A good listener who can guide customers without pressure
* Open to learning and growing in a new industry
* Retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
* Honest, grounded, and naturally engaging
* Comfortable working in a commission-based role with strong earning potential
* Must be available on weekends and live locally for convenience
