Are you someone who thrives on interrogating data, digging deep and questioning results to find out the why?
In this diverse role you will :
* Help support the strategic transformation of our analytics capabilities and platforms.
* Design and implement predictive models for workforce trends (., attrition, succession).
* Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into strategic insights.
* Lead cross-functional analytics projects to support workforce planning.
* Develop andmaintaindata models and dashboardsin Power BIfor executive reporting.
* Ensure data governance and alignment with organizational priorities.
* Work mentor and lead a high performing team
What would you bring to the team?
* Ideally Degree qualified in Data Science, Economics, or Organisational Psychology with 5-7 years' experience in strategic HR analytics or workforce planning.
* Demonstrated experience in predictive modeling and data storytelling.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across HR and Finance.
* Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms and statistical modeling.
* A passion for data visualisation and a strong sense to achieve business outcomes.
The successful applicant requires to work in one of our GHD offices throughout Australia or New Zealand, ideally the East Coast of Australia.
Please note GHD offices will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 until Friday 9 January 2026 inclusive, with our offices reopening on Monday 12 January 2026.
