Our organization seeks a trauma management specialist to support clients through critical incidents. The role involves providing emergency response, critical incident management, planned support services, disaster response, and incident support forums using psychological first aid and other trauma-specific interventions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes. They will also deliver employee counseling and training services.
This is a part-time opportunity available for registered psychologists and social workers with at least 3 years of trauma management experience and relevant consultancy services.
About You
Applicants should have experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling. They should be able to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice.
A tertiary qualification in behavioral sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body are required. A current driver's license and own vehicle are also necessary.
