Key Roles and Responsibilities
* We are seeking a skilled professional to develop, implement, and review behaviour support plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
* You will work closely with participants, their families, and support networks to assess needs, provide training, and guidance to support staff.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Requirements
* Recognised qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or similar field.
* Current or provisional registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
* Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practices requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
