Responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining and updating statutory records (e.g., register book, minutes book, etc.).
* Assist in preparing Directors' Resolutions, Minutes, Statutory Forms, Annual Returns and circulation of financial statements.
* Handle submissions to SSM, Stamping Office (IRB) and relevant authorities.
* Support company secretarial duties, statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients and relevant authorities on company secretarial and compliance matters.
* Perform ad‐hoc secretarial duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Diploma or higher qualification in the related field.
* At least 2 years of related experience.
