**Position Purpose**
To carry out security supervisory and managerial duties in accordance with Certis Standing Orders and site instructions, in compliance with AS4421-1996 and all relevant State and/or Federal legislation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high level customer service skills
- Manage high volumes of security officers over a short period.
- Represent Certis Security Australia in a manner of goodwill within client relationships and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and ensure operational standards inline with Certis Security Australia Core Values
- Undertake securing, watching, guarding and/or protecting duties as directed
- Act as first response to security incidents/matters - ensure detailed reporting by electronic security incident report is complete
- Monitor and respond to electronic intrusion, detection or access control equipment and lock and unlock entries and exits terminating at a visual display unit.
- Monitor and operate closed circuit television systems both locally and remote. Download footage as requested.
- Issue electronic and mechanical keys, visitor identification and temporary staff identification and maintain a record of such issue.
- Undertake staff training, exercising and performance management of onsite security officer team
- Oversee security arrangements of onsite guarding
**Qualifications**
- Current and applicable Security License
- Current First Aid Certification
- 2 Years Experience in a similar role (Highly Diserable)
