About the Role
We are currently seeking a casual Customer Service Officer at our Marleston Head Office.
If you are a qualified hairdresser looking for casual work 2-3 days per week, between Monday to Friday with proven Customer Service and administration experience, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently via phone, email and Zendesk ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into our ERP computer system.
* Delivering exceptional customer service, tailoring advice and solutions to meet individual customer needs
* Provide accurate and relevant information regarding products, orders, and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Track order progress and keep customers informed of any updates
We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
* Hairdresser or hairdressing background essential
* minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or administration environment.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
* Happy positive and friendly personality and enjoys selling.
