**What's involved?**
**The Caretakers key duties would include**:
- Control public swimming pool / spa facility, water quality and plant operations.
- Test the water in the pool and spa to satisfy OHS and health requirements (maintain pool and spa water quality at all times).
- Replace lights and exit lights in corridor and car park.
- Small repairs of wall and painting.
- Put lift covers and supervise resident moving in and out.
- Clean internal glass and beside the pool.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Inspect pool generally for sand and debris / clean as required.
- Maintain and backup swipe card software and programme or cancel residents swipe card.
- Monthly service of gym equipment and steam room (steam tank de-scale).
- Clean bins / rubbish room and swap green and yellow bin with empty bins daily. Take out bins every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for bin collection.
- Remove cobwebs in car park and outside area (once a week).
- Attend all requests by contractors and owners when renovations are done in an apartment.
- Provide roof access to residents for air conditioner maintenance.
- Empty spa water on Monday and clean, refill the spa with fresh water.
- Vacuum the pool, clean and add chemicals when required.
- Clean and wash the wet sauna as per requirements by SA Health.
- Daily monitor of smoke sensor and advise Trojan fire of any faulty sensors.
- Clean the car park drain when required.
- Extract water from the car park during the winter season.
- Spot clean the car park where required.

Ideal for people looking to work mínimal hours
Morning shift during the week 6 hours. 7am start.

Pay: $21.00 - $37.00 per hour
