Village Operations Manager
Our organisation is a leading provider of quality independent living communities for seniors, with a rapidly expanding national portfolio of over 50 villages and more than 2800 units under management.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth functioning of services and facilities.
* Manage resources, finances, and staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
* Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Act as a liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.
About You
* Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
* Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
