On a day to day basis, you will liaise with all departments of the business, from the call centre and sales reps, to management and the installation and operations teams. This exciting role will see you provide customer service face to face, via email and over the phone internally and directly with customers. Working in a close knit customer care team, you will coordinate and delegate customer calls and enquiries to the relevant people and departments, to ensure consistent and efficient work flow and ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner. In addition to this, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the building, providing exceptional customer service and assitance to all onsite visitors, guests and employees. The role will also oversee administrative and debt collection duties to assist the customer service and sales teams, including following up and ensuring accuracy on STC rebate applications. The working hours for the role are 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week. To be considered for this position, you should have the following expertise: Excellent presentation and customer service skills Strong communication skills (verbal, written and phone) Previous experience in an office based, customer service or administration role Problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a team environment but has the ability to self lead Good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills On offer is a base salary of $60,000 super, plus entry into an exciting modern business experiencing some rapid growth.
