Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated MSP Senior IT Technician (L3) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Balcatta, WA. The primary responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, managing complex IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also mentor junior staff, contribute to system improvements, and train clients and team members as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and mitigate complex IT-related issues effectively.
* Strong foundation in Information Technology, including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure management.
* Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on communication, client relationship building, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Experience providing Training and guidance to both clients and team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
* Previous experience in an MSP or a similar technical environment is a plus.
