About the role
Little Pioneers Early Learning Centre in Forster, NSW are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Certificate III Trainee. This is a full-time opportunity to kick-start your career in the early childhood industry, where you will have the chance to learn and grow while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
This role is for our Pioneer Drive centre.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing high-quality care and engaging educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years
2. Assisting in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and programs
3. Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
4. Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
5. Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
6. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies
What we're looking for
1. A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
3. Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual children
4. A positive, patient and nurturing approach
5. The willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
6. A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
7. 18 years + is preferrable for this role. However, we will also take applicants who are 17 years age as a minimum.
