A great lifestyle in a treasured environment, this is life at PSC!The opportunityOur award-winning Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary are seeking two Guest Services Officers to join their team on a permanent basis.As a Guest Services Officer, your role is essential in ensuring both our guests and day visitors have a memorable experience. Each day will see you showcase your skills across the Sanctuary in this diverse role, including front desk reception where you'll be welcoming our overnight guests, admissions and retail sales for our day visitors, coordinating and facilitating activities and tours, or taking visitors on an interactive experience through the natural environment of the Koala Sanctuary.You'll be an expert in multi-tasking and have a knack for building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be top notch and you'll have an ability to not only adapt to but exceed customer expectations with every encounter.You will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours up to 76 hours per fortnight on a 7 day rotating roster.
