Sarros Plumbing are seeking experienced, licensed Plumbing and Gas Sub-Contractors to support our growing domestic maintenance, plumbing repair, and hot water service workload across Perth.

What You'll Need
* Current WA Plumbing Contractor's Licence
* Current WA Plumbing Tradesperson's Licence
* Current WA Gasfitting Permit / Gas Fitter's Licence
* Experience with domestic maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
* Experience with hot water systems preferred, including gas storage and instantaneous systems
* Own tools, vehicle, and PPE
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Construction Induction Safety Certificate / White Card
* Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
* Willingness to complete compliance audits and provide photo evidence
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to use Simpro job management software — training provided

About the Work
You'll be completing a mix of domestic plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, gas fitting, and hot water-related jobs for residential customers across Perth.
This may include general plumbing repairs, leak investigation, tapware and toilet repairs, hot water system work, gas storage and instantaneous hot water units, and other domestic service jobs.
This role is suited to a reliable subcontractor who takes pride in clean workmanship, clear communication, and completing jobs properly the first time.
About You
You are confident working independently, good with customers, and comfortable providing clear job notes, photos, and updates through our job management system.
You take pride in your work, communicate professionally, and understand the importance of leaving every job clean, safe, and properly documented.
