The Role
Speak with OTs, Speechies, Physios, Psychs & more
Run candidate calls and match them to the right roles
Build talent pools before people start job‑hunting
No cold BD. You’re backed by brand, content, events, and a system that already works.
Salary & Earnings
Base: $70–90K + super (depending on experience)
Commission: Paid on every placement
Year 1 earnings: $120–150K+ (realistic, not hype)
You earn more by helping more people. Easy.
