We are now seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to grow our brand presence, engage our trade audience, and support sales through compelling digital marketing.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing and social media initiatives across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys content creation, data-driven marketing, and working closely with product and sales teams.
This is a part-time position requiring ***** hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Tapepro's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
Capture and edit photo and video content (product demos, how-tos, trade site content, events)
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches and promotions
Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM communications
Assist with website content updates, SEO, and basic analytics reporting
Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise campaigns for engagement and lead generation
Liaise with external agencies, distributors, and industry partners as required
About You
2+ years' experience in a marketing, digital, or social media role preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Confident in content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing)
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, or similar
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve results
Interest in trades, construction, tools, or hands-on industries (highly regarded)
