Passenger Service Delivery Agent

The Passenger Service Delivery Agent plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions. This includes check-in duties, gate agent responsibilities and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver superior customer experience for all airlines.
* Perform passenger check-in duties and other related tasks.
* Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulations and Company policies.
* Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance.
* Foster strong working relationships with team members and airline employees.
* Promote a positive company image through good grooming and behavior.
* Follow direction to achieve required aircraft departures on schedule.
Essential Criteria:
* Commitment to values and operating procedures.
* Adherence to safety, policy, procedures and processes.
* Desirable experience in customer service roles.
* Ability to handle pressured situations successfully.
* Effective communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers.
Employment is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance and pre-employment medical test.
