About the Role
The Procurement Specialist supports day‐to‐day procurement and supply chain operations within a food manufacturing environment. The role will focus on raw material planning and procurement, inbound logistics coordination (including international freight), supplier performance, procurement support for capital engineering projects and global category management. The role works closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, QA and Finance teams to ensure business continuity, cost management and operational efficiency.

About You
* Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
* Experience working in a regulated quality‐driven manufacturing environment (FMCG desirable)
* Demonstrated experience in raw material planning and operational procurement, logistics coordination including international ocean freight and procurement for capital engineering projects
* Working knowledge of ERP platforms
* CIPS – Level 4 or above (or actively working towards certification) or relevant tertiary qualifications
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced operational environment
* Detail‐oriented with strong organisational skills
* Proactive and practical problem‐solver
* Good commercial and technical acumen
