About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and reporting across a five-year forecast period, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Your role will involve overseeing monthly forecasting and reporting, ensuring that data is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial planning and reporting to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support senior-level decision-making.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide insights through variance analysis and financial modeling to inform business decisions.
* Manage cost recovery analysis and financial reporting for enabling functions.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
* Background in corporate finance or FP&A; property industry experience preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
