We're looking for team members to join our amazing Customer Service team on a full-time basis.
This position is responsible for handing different types of transactions with Customer Service are and providing accurate and timely advice in response to a broad range of customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
* Solid customer service experience, preferably in busy environment
* A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to pick up new information and follow established procedure.
* A professional and courteous approach, displaying genuine care and empathy most of all we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and outlook

Experience with cash handling and understanding of the maintenance of accurate registers and documentation,
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and other information management systems including data-entry skills with high level of accuracy,
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills,
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
