Your Impact as Centre Director
* Sustain and strengthen Exceeding practice across pedagogy, compliance, and leadership
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of educators and leaders
* Drive a positive, accountable, and values‑led service culture
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, occupancy, and compliance
* Build strong partnerships with families, the local community, and support teams
* Maintain high‑quality outcomes aligned with the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory standards
What You'll Bring
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA‑approved)
* Proven experience as a Centre Director / Service Manager
* Experience working in an Exceeding‑rated service (highly desirable)
* Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, compliance, and QIP processes
* Working with Children Check (Employee – QLD)
* Confident leadership style with strong communication and people management skills
* Hourly Rate: $47.77 - $53.67, aligned to experience
