Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Parent Pathways Mentor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective program activities and workshops that cater to the needs of parents and caregivers.
2. Provide tailored guidance and support to help parents achieve their work and education goals.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners to enhance program reach and impact.
4. Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and participant outcomes.
The successful candidate will use a person-centered, solution-focused approach to empower participants in identifying personal, work, and education goals. They will also ensure effective communication with customers and employers to deliver post-placement care and support employment continuity and outcome milestones.
Selection Criteria:
* Hold or be actively working towards a Certificate III or IV in one of the following fields: Society and Culture, Health, Education.
