About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and support all customer care responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call centre or customer service environments, with team leader or management experience. Alternatively, they may be ready to take on this new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer care activities
* Handle customer enquiries, faults and complaints
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators
* Train staff to uphold best practices and company standards
* Review and improve internal processes for enhanced service quality and efficiency
In addition to their core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to various tasks, including sales and setup of small business IP Phone system solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment with leadership skills
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills – especially Excel and Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism
* Telecommunications industry experience is preferred, but not essential
