Junior Collections Trainee

You'll support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients by:
* Manage inbound enquiries relating to overdue accounts
* Work with customers to arrange payments and resolve balances
* Maintain accurate account and payment records
* Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding payments
* Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution
