Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the mining and construction markets.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kalgoorlie Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
* Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that support our sales strategy.
Requirements
* Sales and Business Development skills: Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
* Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Team Leadership: Experience in leading a sales team, with the ability to provide guidance, support, and leadership to team members.
* Knowledge of drilling tools and mining markets: Strong knowledge of drilling tools and the mining and construction markets, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
