The Role:
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
* Reviewing project plans, specifications, and documentation
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring all estimates are delivered on time and within scope
* Supporting the project team with budgets, variations, and cost tracking
About You:
* Previous experience as an Estimator in construction (residential, commercial, or fit-out experience highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
