The Role:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and documentation
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring all estimates are delivered on time and within scope
- Supporting the project team with budgets, variations, and cost tracking
About You:
- Previous experience as an Estimator in construction (residential, commercial, or fit-out experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
