At Maxima, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to deliver outstanding HR support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and development to culture, compliance, and learning.

You'll play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, supporting managers and employees, and ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes that help our people thrive.

What you'll do:

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and induction to learning, capability, engagement and offboarding. Your responsibilities will include;

* Coordinating smooth onboarding, induction, and compliance processes.
* Maintaining HR systems, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR advice.
* Supporting wellbeing, performance, and culture initiatives across the organisation.
* Coordinating training, learning programs, and performance reviews through the LMS.
* Preparing contracts, managing employment changes, and supporting staff events and initiatives.

About You

You're a motivated and approachable HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring:

* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Experience in HR, People & Culture, or Learning & Development.
* Knowledge of L&D design, eLearning, and capability development practices.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to think creatively, be innovative, and manage competing priorities.
* Certificate III/IV or higher in Human Resources, Business or related qualification(s) (desirable, not essential)
